Continue shoppingCompany oversold their items and then after five days processing told me that they didn’t have the item that I bought because they oversold it. Terrible customer service don’t over sell and item if you don’t have it. Put a count of how many can be ordered via online. Idiots.
Company can’t properly fill order. They say they have the item then wait till 5 days processing and tell you they don’t have it cause they over sold the item.
Really wish we could get a part 2 of this collections because I love every single piece!
I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite the exchange not being processed, I was charged twice. I reached out to customer service multiple times via email, but have received no response, exacerbating my frustration and dissatisfaction with this service.
