When does the sale begin?
Black Friday starts Thursday, Nov. 27th at 12PM EST and runs for 48 hours only. The sale officially ends Saturday, November 29th at 12PM ET. Placing your order within the first 15 minutes will be key to securing best sellers.
Where can I shop the Black Friday Event?
Our Black Friday Event will be available across all our online platforms. You can shop through our website and app.
Please note we do not sell through third parties or other retailers at this time.
What are the discounts, and does everything qualify?
Yes, the entire site is on sale this year. We heard your feedback last year— sales are rare for us, and this is the only one this year, so we made sure it’s extra special. Discounts will reach up to 30%.
To make things simple, we’ve created a tiered experience so you can shop our offers quickly and effortlessly. The site is already and waiting, so feel free to start building your cart whenever you’re ready.

Do I need a code to shop the Event?
No code needed. The entire site goes on sale this Thursday, with before-and-after prices displayed automatically.
Why should I download the app?
Not only can you pre-build your cart on our app, it’s also where we’ll announce all restocks and pre-orders for this event. Will you restock items during the Black Friday Event?
Once a style sells out, we won't expect to restock. However... surprise pre-orders can happen at any moment.
What is a pre-order, how does it work, and will my order ship in multiple packages?
If an item is available for pre-order, it means we’ve opened slots in advance, with a scheduled ship-out date in the future. To stay on top of pre-orders, make sure you have our app and have push notifications turned on—any spontaneous pre-orders will be announced there. Ship-out dates are always listed in the product description and displayed at checkout.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your shipment may be split into multiple packages depending on availability and warehouse capacity. You’ll receive separate tracking updates for each package.
When can I expect my order to ship?
Our regular shipping will be available and expedited shipping options will be available at checkout, but due to higher holiday volume, please allow an additional 48–72 hours for processing.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also follow your order in the our app or through your account on our site.
