If you would like to return an item for store credit:
- Please fill out the Return Form and include it in the return package
- Send us an email with your contact information and order number to email@example.com
- Purchase your return label at your local USPS office or preferred carrier.
- Once we receive your package, we will contact you to confirm that it was received and send you an electronic gift card via email
If your order arrived incorrectly or defective, please send us an email first with your contact information, order # and photos of the item(s) received to firstname.lastname@example.org You can also purchase your return label at your local USPS officea
- Purchase your return label at your local USPS office or preferred carrier. Our return address is 1759 NW 20 ST Miami, FL 33142.
- Customer have 7 business days from delivery date to return item(s) for store credit. We do not provide refunds.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and must have all accompanying tags/packaging
- My Outfit Online will not accept returns for bodysuits, intimates, bathing suits / swimwear, accessories, beauty products and sale items; store credit will not be issued
- Returned items sent without a return form will not be accepted and store credit will not be issued
- My Outfit Online is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen and not deliverable
- Returns will only be processed once we receive the package
- My Outfit Online reserves the right to deny a return if any of these conditions are not met
