If you would like to return an item for store credit, please visit myoutfitonline.returnscenter.com to file your return. The process is quick and simple. You will be guided through the steps online. Just make sure you have handy your order number and the email used at checkout.
If your order arrived incorrectly or defective, please send us an email first with your contact information, order # and photos of the item(s) received to email@example.com
- Customers have 30 business days from the delivery date to return item(s) for store credit.
- We DO NOT provide refunds.
- All shipping costs for returns must be covered by the customer.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and must have all accompanying tags/packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- My Outfit Online will not accept returns for bodysuits (jumpsuits and rompers are returnable and ARE NOT considered bodysuits), intimates, bathing suits / swimwear, accessories, beauty products and sale items. No store credit will be issued.
- Please wait for online approval before sending your return. Otherwise, it will not be accepted, and no store credit will be issued.
- My Outfit Online is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen and not deliverable.
- Returns will only be processed once we receive the package.
- My Outfit Online reserves the right to deny a return if any of these conditions are not met.
