Easy Returns

We want you to enjoy your pieces - if not, returns and exchanges are quick and simple. 

Start a Return or Exchange
- Head to myoutfitonline.loopreturns.com to begin. 
- Have your order number (XXXXXX-MY) and the email used at checkout ready. 

U.S Customers

Return for Refund

  • Customers have 30 days from the fulfillment date to return the item(s) for a refund.
  • A $6.95 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount. 
  • All refunds will be returned to the original payment method associated with the order. 

Instant Exchange 

  • Customers have 30 days from the fulfillment date to file for an instant exchange through our returns portal. 
  • A $12.00 handling fee is applied.
  • New items are processed within 24 hours.
  • A temporary $1.00 authorization will be placed on your card
  • If the items are not returned within 20 days of filing, your card will be charged the value of the additional garments you are keeping. 
  • If the items returned do not meet the requirements for returned garments, you will be charged for these items (see below).

International Customers

- Start your return at myoutfitonline.loopreturns.com to begin. 
- Use your own return label and send items to:

  • International Returns, will be issued a refund for returned items once they arrive at our facility and are processed by our returns team.
  • We currently do not offer international exchanges or return labels—but we're working on it! 

Garment Requirements 

To be accepted, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and scent/stain free
  • All tags must be attached and have no signs of being tampered with or reattached 

Note: Our returns department has the right to deny, any return that does not meet the following conditions. In the case that a return is denied, no credit or exchange will be issued and the customer will be asked to cover the return fee. 

Final Sale Items 

  • Items marked Final Sale or labeled as such in the product description cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. 

Received a Faulty Item?

Our quality and control team puts forth their best efforts in order to assure you are receiving a quality garment in perfect condition. If you have received an item that does not uphold these standards, please email info@myoutfitonline.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name 
  • A photo of the issue 

We'll review and help you as soon as possible!
