1. When will Black Friday begin?

-Black Friday will begin Wednesday, 11/23 @ 3 PM EST, and end on 11/25 @ 11:59 PM EST. The first hour will be MASSIVE. Do not wait until your wishlist is out of stock to place your order.

2. What will be on sale?

-Our entire site will be on sale. All items will be discounted by 35-50% OFF. The prices will already be marked down. There will be no code needed.

3. Will best sellers be restocked before Friday?

-The items you have been waiting for will be restocked throughout the week. Make sure to sign up for restock notifications so you don’t miss out.

4. What’s your Refund/Exchange policy?

-Have you been waiting to try out the brand? Now is the time. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we will be offering a full refund on all Black Friday orders.

-Only items listed under our 85% OFF category are FINAL SALE, and will not be eligible for refunds.

5. How soon will my order ship?

-Our team will be working to ship your orders as soon as possible. Please allow up to 72 hours for your orders to be processed.

6. What shipping methods will be available?

-US Black Friday orders will be processed using UPS Ground with an estimated transit time of 2-5 business days after fulfillment.

-International orders will be shipped using DHL Express. Transit times vary depending on your destination. Please allow 2-7 business days for your package to arrive after fulfillment.

7. What payment methods will be available?

-We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as Apple Pay, Paypal, and Amazon Pay.
