I am a heavier woman, I wear a size 16 in pants, but I am smaller on the top. I was worried the dress would not fit my hips but it fits perfectly.

I was sent the wrong color item, so I reached out to MYO to let them know, and they told me I have to send the item back and once they they have proof of return, THEN they will issue me store credit or the correct item IF it is in stock at the time. I originally bought this dress for a trip that I am going on, and I don’t have time to waste my waiting for them to issue me store credit that might not even be useful if the color I wanted is in stock. Given this was their mistake, good customer service would have been to send me the correct item I paid for immediately. Instead I ordered an entire new item so I wouldn’t have to risk the item I wanted not being in stock by the time they received “proof of return”. So frustrating. I’ll be selling this item on a third party site to hopefully get some of my money back.
