When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 12-24 hours from the date of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all U.S orders over $200 USD. Shipping rates for orders below the threshold and for international destinations are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your order sooner. Transit times for international orders vary by destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We offer international shipping to many countries. Rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply, depending on your country’s regulations.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to get them out to you as soon as possible, so we’re unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If you need assistance, please reach out to our customer service team right away through live chat or email — we’ll do our best to help!

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it — what should I do?

We recommend first checking with neighbors, household members, or your building’s mailroom in case it was delivered nearby. If it's still missing after 24 hours, please contact our customer service team with your order number, and we’ll work with the carrier to help locate your package.

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of shipment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To begin a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal and enter your order information. Follow the prompts to select the items you’d like to return or exchange. If you need help, our customer service team is happy to assist.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and processed, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to be processed. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's been issued. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Can I return sale items or final sale items?

How do I know what size to order?

We recommend checking our size chart and reading the fit notes on each product page. If you're still unsure, feel free to reach out to our customer service team — we're happy to help you find the right size.

What if I’m between sizes?

We recommend staying true to size. However, we also include the recommendation for each style in product details!

Do you offer petite or plus sizing?

We’re working to expand our range! Styles already run from Extra Small and some up to XXL — check the fit notes or reach out for guidance.

How do your clothes fit (true to size, oversized, etc.)?

It depends on the item, but we’ll always note if something runs true to size, oversized, or fitted in the product description.
