CANADA UPDATES

We offer free DHL Standard Shipping on Canadian Orders over $275 CAD. Duties and Taxes not included. 

All Canadian orders will be shipped through DHL or UPS. Orders under $275 CAD sent with DHL Standard Shipping have a flat shipping rate of $17 CAD. Shipping rates for orders sent via UPS Standard or DHL Express are based on the total price of items and the weight of the package. Transit times are dependent on your chosen shipping method.

UPS Standard: 3-7 business days

DHL Express: 1-3 Business days


For Canada orders, we accept all major credit/debit cards as well as installment payments through Klarna. For a faster checkout, we offer Apple Pay or Shop Pay and for optimal international security, we also offer the option of paying via PayPal.

We offer the option of viewing our website in English or French for all Canadian customers. All prices will reflect in CAD including item cost, shipping costs, and total order cost.


Canada orders can return their items for a refund or store credit excluding shipping charges.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of any stains or odors and have their original tags attached to receive a refund/store credit.

The process is simple: send your item(s) back to us using your preferred shipping carrier to receive a refund/store credit.

Canada customers are responsible for purchasing their own return label and shipping it to the following address:

Refunds will be issued for returned items once they arrive at our facility and are processed by our returns team.

We are unable to process exchanges for orders shipping internationally. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact customer service at info@myoutfitonline.com.


We offer transparent pricing. All applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and included at checkout. You will not have to pay any fees upon delivery. All international fees are set and regulated by the destination country.
