1. Where are you located? How long have you been in the business? 

My Outfit Online is an online-only store based out of Miami, FL. We have been fulfilling your style demands for two years and counting!!!

2. How can I get in contact with customer service?

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as Apple Pay, Paypal, and Amazon Pay. We offer Afterpay too!
Checks, money orders and cash on delivery (COD) are not accepted.

4. What size am I?

Our clothing runs true to size, as all items are designed in the US. We encourage customers to always check product descriptions for details regarding the material and fit of the item. In some cases, we recommend sizing up or down to achieve the desired fit.

5. When will my order be processed? How fast is shipping?

Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed same day and orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.
We offer 3 different shipping services to fit your fashion needs: USPS Standard Shipping (2-5 business days), Priority Mail (2-3 business days) and US Overnight (1 business day).
For international orders, we ship via DHL’s International Express service.

7. How is the quality of your clothing?

My Outfit Online places quality above everything else! We hand pick our styles and outfits with utmost care and strive for exceptional customer satisfaction. Our clothes will always look and FEEL good.

9. What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is an interest-free, loan service provider that gives customers the option to pay for their order in 4 equal installments. With the first payment made at checkout, your order is processed and shipped out! The remaining payments are due every two weeks!
Ex: If your order is valued at $100, with AfterPay, you will initially pay $25 at checkout to have your order processed and shipped. After 14 days, you are required to pay another $25, etc.

10. What is the return policy?

My Outfit Online does not issues refunds. Items that do not fit your expectations may be exchanged or returned for store credit as long as they are unused, unwashed and intact with all accompanying tags/packaging. We do not, under any circumstances, accept returns or exchanges of FINAL SALE items, which include bodysuits, intimates, swimwear, accessories and beauty products.
We will not accept any returns to our facility; returns will only be accepted via mail.

11. How can I track my order?

12. Can I cancel or change my order?

Please be advised that cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests may be placed through email. Cancellation requests must be authorized and approved before the order is processed (12 hour time frame). Once your order has been processed, it may not be canceled under any circumstances. Please note that My Outfit Online does not issue any refunds. If your cancellation is approved you will receive store credit for your purchase.
