1. CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I PLACE IT?

Once an order is placed, it can not be cancelled or changed. We ask that you look over the entire order carefully before placing.

2. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

MyOO accepts all major credit/debit cards, apple pay, paypal, Amazon Pay. We do not accept checks, money orders, or COD.

3. HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once your package has been packed and labeled, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking information. Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Please check your spam folder for the tracking email. If you did not receive it, please contact us at info@myoutfitonline.com​ with your order number and email address and we will assist you.

4. OOPS! I FORGOT TO ADD MY DISCOUNT CODE, WHAT CAN I DO?

We can not credit a discount that was not used, but there's good news! You can still use the discount code on your next order is if it still within the promotional period.

5. AN ITEM I LIKE IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL IT RESTOCK?

Items that have been a hit with our customers will always take top priority, but this depends on availability. We try our best to stock exactly what our customers want, but sometimes it's not possible. You can, however, make sure you are ALWAYS in the know by signing up to your Newsletter so you can always see what new, and what's been restocked! Don’t worry, there’s no spam.

6. HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU?

Please note, we read every single message and email, but on a high volume day, it can take up to 48 hours for a reply. Thanks in advance for your patience!

7. I'M A BLOGGER/INFLUENCER, ID LOVE TO WORK WITH YOU, WHO CAN I CONTACT?

8. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO PICK?

If you aren't sure about what size to pick, feel free to always to refer to our size chart by clicking HERE. You can find our most common sizing options on these charts, and sizing info for our models in the product descriptions.

9. DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

We currently do not offer wholesale, retail only for now.

10. DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOX’S/APO’S?

Due to shipper restrictions, We currently do not ship to any PO Box’s or APO’s.

11. DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

Our headquarter is in South Florida, but we do not have a storefront for customers. Any exchanges, issues or other should be handled via email/phone and shipped out. We will not accept orders dropped of at headquarters or shoppers.

12. WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

On rare occasions, an item may be quickly out of stock before our system tracks it. If you purchase an item that is out of stock, your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a store credit. Store credits do not expire and can be used sitewide. Alternatively, if your billing or Credit Card cannot be verified, your order will be cancelled. If this is a mistake, you will be able to make your purchase again.

13. DO YOU OFFER PLUS SIZES?

We are currently working on a Plus Size campaign for our curvy babes, and are hoping to roll this out late 2018/early 2019. Stay tuned!
