We offer free UPS Standard Shipping on Australian Orders over $300 AUD. Duties and Taxes not included. 

All Australian orders will be shipped via UPS or DHL. Orders under $300 AUD shipped with UPS Standard Shipping have a flat shipping rate of $23 AUD. Shipping rates for orders sent via DHL are based on the total price of items and the weight of the package. Transit times are dependent on your chosen shipping method.

DHL Express: 3-6 Business days


For our Australian customers, we make your shopping experience incredibly smooth and secure! We accept all major credit/debit cards as form of payment. Australian customers can return their items for a refund or store credit excluding shipping charges.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of any stains or odors and have their original tags attached to receive a refund/store credit.

The process is simple: send your item(s) back to us using your preferred shipping carrier to receive a refund/store credit.

Australian customers are responsible for purchasing their own return label and shipping it to the following address:

Refunds will be issued for returned items once they arrive at our facility and are processed by our returns team.

We are unable to process exchanges for orders shipping internationally. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact customer service at info@myoutfitonline.com.


We offer transparent pricing. All applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and included at checkout. You will not have to pay any fees upon delivery. All international fees are set and regulated by the destination country.
