Our entire ‘MyOutfitOnline’ design/customer service team is working from home for the coming weeks but we’re still here to answer all your questions (via email, live chat, DMs and sms), and we’ll continue to serve you with cute looks, outfit inspos, & new collections (+ secret discount codes)
Our Distribution Centre will be processing orders as normal while they continue to maintain a high standard of hygiene & safety by using face masks and gloves, sanitising equipment and implementing precautionary in-house protocols.
International and domestic orders are also processed as normal. Some countries under mandated quarantine may also experience shipping delays, but they will still receive their package.
Your parcel will now be delivered without signature to minimise contact and spread of the virus. The processing time is now going faster, we want to make sure that you receive your outfit sooner than ever for those TikTok videos!

DHL & ASENDIA (postal services) are shipping as regular. Please also note that orders will be processed as normal from our Distribution Centre but depending on the country quarantine policies of your country, there could be little delays.
For your convenience, we also have extended our return policy from 7-days to 30-days until further notice. * Don't wait in line and pay more!
